Criteria for Membership:
The Designated Realtor of the applicant's office must belong to the North Bristol County Association of Realtors® (NBCAR)
Applicant must possess an active salesman or brokers license
Applicant must submit application for membership, including a copy of license, along with the application fee and dues.
Applicant must attend Orientation class, which includes the NAR mandatory code of ethics video.

Application must be received, complete with fees and dues and a copy of license
Application will be processed
Applications are presented to the Membership Committee for review and recommendations made to the Board of Directors
All accepted applicants' names are printed in the NBCAR monthly newsletter for review by all members
After the publication period you will be notified by email or by mail of your provisional acceptance to the NBCAR, pending completion of the Orientation class and ethics video. You will also be provided with your National Association number, which provides access to both the National and Massachusetts Association web sites.
